Description This study aims to identify the reality of Knowledge management applications in supporting the Student guidance in the department of education for the region of BISHA from schools principals and educational guides' point of view . This study tries to response on the following question " what is the reality of Knowledge management applications in the field of the Student guidance in public education in the department of education for the region of BISHA? "  the important of this study is finds the reality of the Applications of knowledge management in the field of the Student guidance in public education in the department of education for the region of BISHA, which may help to find the best ways and styles to scientific application for knowledge management in the field of student guidance in public education, then circulation these applications on the educational fields, the survey method has been used through the questionnaire which is formed from Likert scale for the two sample of study which has relation with the applications of knowledge management in BISHA education and clearance from study words through showing the reality of the Applications of knowledge management in the field of the Student guidance in public education in the department of education for the region of BISHA, the truth and affirmed instrument have been checked . The study society is formed from schools principals and student guidance in education schools in BISHA, the study sample is formed from ( 200 ) members distribution, ( 100 ) schools principals and ( 100 ) student guide . This study shows that the first of these applications is (  importance of knowledge management ) with percentage 72 .00 % in student guidance in public education in BISHA, then ( knowledge earning ) with percentage 71 .00 % in student guidance in public education in BISHA, then ( knowledge participation ) with percentage 66 .00 % in student guidance in public education in BISHA, then ( knowledge publish ) with percentage 63 .67 % in student guidance in public education in BISHA, then ( maintaining and organized knowledge ) with percentage 61 .33 % in student guidance in public education in BISH, then ( knowledge application ) with percentage 61 .00  % in student guidance in public education in BISHA,  finally, ( knowledge generation ) with percentage 60 .33 % in student guidance in public education in BISHA . In public we find means responses the members of sample study about the application of knowledge management ( 2 .98 ), any that the applications of knowledge management in public in student guidance for public education in BISHA with percentage 66 .00 % . The study suggested that put motivated programs to knowledge generation and publish the culture of knowledge generation through encouraging scientific research, also encourage to applied providing knowledge for the educational field in the field of student guidance, also trying to maintain and organize knowledge to simplify arriving to it through the inside of educational field, also publish the culture and management knowledge and defined it, concepts and importance for the worker in the educational field through the directed bulletins and training programs and relating it with overall quality . The study recommended making researches about the applications of knowledge management, in the fields of educational superiority and school leadership, developing and organized styles and ways of knowledge maintain and publish it in the educational field .
