The availability of knowledge sharing, its requirements and elements had a variant impact on the study sample. Factors like employee training, teamwork and application obstacles had a significant effect on knowledge sharing, while other factors such as knowledge base and collaborative environment did not show any effect. In addition, the lack of means and tools to support the collaborative environment and knowledge base reduces the opportunities to strengthen, unify and develop the knowledge available at Jeddah Municipality.
