The impact of management information systems on achieving the efficiency of administrative decisions From the point of view of administrators working at Umm Al-Qura University

الملخص

This theoretical and applied study of this topic came to clarify the impact of management information systems in achieving the efficiency of administrative decisions from the point of view of administrators working at Umm Al-Qura University.

The main objective of the study was reached, which is to identify the impact of information systems on the efficiency of the decision-making process at Umm Al-Qura University. The results revealed a strong and statistically significant effect through conducting an electronic questionnaire among the administrators working in Umm Al-Qura for a sample of 102 administrators. To verify the hypotheses of the study, descriptive statistics tools such as calculating means and standard deviation and using the SPSS statistical package were used. It can be said that these systems used in the institution are important and effective, by providing the necessary and rapid information to improve the performance of the institution and achieve the required results, and for this to happen, there must be efficiencies among decision makers.
